The hotel rooms were small compared to the pictures shown during booking and had a nasty smell. It was noisy, especially after my wife's treatment in Turkey, but we were eventually changed to a fine room. The service was mixed with some staff being rude, yet others were friendly and the location was very convenient near malls and attractions. The dining experience was simple with clean facilities, but breakfast was disappointing.

The hotel is situated in a great area, offering convenient access to nearby shops and restaurants. The rooms are impeccably clean, maintained daily at a high standard. However, there was a slight smoking smell in the room. The service provided by the Front Office Manager was nice and helpful, although I encountered some rudeness at the Reception. The location is excellent, close to various amenities, especially being placed in Levent, a prominent area in Istanbul. The dining options are limited due to current circumstances but offer good quality. Overall, the hotel offers a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.
